The City of Riverside Land Use Committee is set to consider City Attorney Greg Priamos’ solution to the  University neighbors persistent (since June 25th) demands for a moratorium from the defacto permitting of boarding houses and mini dorms in violation of the City’s zoning ordinances.

It’s time to pack the house on Thursday, October 10th, 3 p.m. on the seventh floor of City Hall.

The agenda is available, but the staff report is corrupted and unavailable as of Friday, October 4th.
